To book a test or package, simply browse our catalog, select the test or package you need, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose your preferred lab, date, and time slot during the booking process.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Go to your Booking History page, select the booking you want to modify, and choose the appropriate option. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
Once your test reports are ready, they will be available in your Medical Records section. You can view, download, or share your reports from there. You will also receive a notification when your reports are ready.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
You can add family members from the Family Members section in your profile menu. Click on "Add Family Member" and fill in the required details. You can then book tests for any family member from your account.
Yes, home sample collection is available for most tests. During the booking process, you can select "Home Collection" option and provide your address. Our phlebotomist will visit your location at the scheduled time.
